HOW DO I RECEIVE A REFUND?

In order to receive a refund, please reach out to us using the Contact Us form. For digital videos, once you have downloaded the video the return policy is no longer valid. If you refund a digital video that you haven't downloaded yet, once the refund is processed you will no longer have access to watch the video on our site. After 30 days from the date of purchase, you can no longer request a refund whether you downloaded the video or not.

BOUGHT A COURSE AND DON'T KNOW HOW TO ACCESS IT.

Make sure to create an account on our site with the email address that you provided at checkout. If you didn't create an account with us yet, please click here: Create Account

***Always remember to log into your account before placing any order.

The system will send you an email to confirm if that was really you creating the account on our site, so make sure to check all folders in your email to find that or search for our email address, it should show all emails from us. After confirming the account and being logged in, make sure to scroll down past the daily deals and hit the sync purchases button to refresh your library. That button is close to the search my videos bar, below the my videos section.

BOUGHT A COURSE, CREATED THE ACCOUNT, BUT I DON'T SEE THE COURSE IN THE ACCOUNT TO BE ACCESSED.

That could mean that you entered another email address at checkout or mistyped it. PayPal Express Checkout, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay will overwrite your account's email, if they do not have the same email address that you used to create your account on our site. Read the next topic to know what to do.

I REALIZED THAT I BOUGHT A COURSE UNDER ANOTHER EMAIL INSTEAD OF THE ONE THAT I USED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH. WHAT DO I DO NOW?

Don't worry, in order to start watching the course that you want to study right away, until we fix the issue for you, go ahead and place a new order, but make sure that this time you will do it under the correct email address. Stop and double check the checkout page entirely before hitting pay to make sure mistakes won't happen. And then, send an email to bernardofariabjj@gmail.com and inform the team the email address that was used before by mistake, plus the order number if you can, and the team will gladly refund the order placed under the incorrect email address for you.

I WAS REFUNDED, BUT HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO BE CREDITED BACK IN MY CARD?

After the team replies to your email saying that you're now refunded, refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear. If you already got the refund confirmation email (make sure to keep that email, don't delete it) and it's past 10 business days, make sure to contact your card/bank and they will help you find that credit in your account, because some cards may only show it on your next statement. If you got the refund confirmation email, yes, that means that the team indeed refunded you. Again, the card/bank can help you find that refund.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD A COURSE?

Click on the downward arrow icon on the video player. Tap on the video to make the icons show up. Check your device's downloads folder. If you don't know where it is, go to YouTube/Google and search how to find it based on your device's model.

I SIGNED UP USING SHOP (SHOPIFY'S APP), I TRIED TO RESET THE PASSWORD AND IT'S NOT WORKING. WHAT DO I DO?

Shop doesn't require a password to sign in, so please send an email to bernardofariabjj@gmail.com and inform the email for your account and ask the team to send you an email to setup a password.

WHAT IF I BOUGHT A COURSE AND NOW I WANT TO BUY THE FLOWCHART AS WELL?

Send an email to bernardofariabjj@gmail.com with the order number for the course that you already bought, and ask to be sent an invoice via email to pay only for the flowchart. That way you won't need to order course + flowchart again. If you don't know your order number, make sure to look for it in your email's inbox and inform the team the email for your account and the FULL NAME of the whole course (title and instructor).

I SEE THE BUNDLES DON'T HAVE FLOWCHARTS, BUT I ALSO WANT TO GET THEM, WHAT DO I DO?

Place the order for the bundle, write down the order number for it and then, send an email to bernardofariabjj@gmail.com with that order number and ask the team to be sent an invoice via email for the flowcharts for the courses that have them as an add on. Not all courses have flowcharts.

I'D LIKE TO PURCHASE A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD AS A GIFT FOR SOMEONE, HOW DO I DO THAT?

You have two ways to gift a person:

1. Buy a digital gift card here: Fanatic Wrestling Gift CardsPick any amount provided and at checkout you need to enter the person's best email address (it'll be emailed to he/she), but only put any of your information on the billing part of it.

You can also enter your own email address, receive the email with the gift card, save it and then when it's time to gift, forward that gift card email to him/her.

2. Purchase videos directly to their account. If that person has already an account with us, enter his/her email address, but the billing part with your information, then place the order. The videos will appear on their account right after the payment goes through.

If the person doesn't have an account with us yet, ask him/her what's their best email address, put that one in and place the order.

Then, he/she will need to create an account with us with that email to be able to access the videos.
