Most valuable instructional on wrestling ever

Seriously the best there is. The guy with the best record of pins in NCAA history teaching all the cheeky painful things that apply to all the basics of wrestling. His older self cuts in to update the techniques 20 years later. Great for BJJ as it covers so many positions like dogfight and fighting against whizzers and dealing with sit out escapes.
